PRAYER FOR TRADITIONAL LEADERS
TEXT: ROMANS 13:1-7
“Let everyone be subject to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God." (NIV).
Calvary greeting in Jesus' name.
1. We humbly kneel before Your majestic throne, oh King above all kings and Lord above all lords, to offer our worship and adoration.
Nigeria, after crossing the Red Sea:
2. We commit your traditional leaders into the hands of God and pray that they will be used ONLY for peace and stability, in Jesus' name. Amen.
3. Your traditional leaders will not be like the chief priests, scribes and elders of the people, who connived to eliminate good things, in Jesus' name. Amen (Matthew 23:3-4).
4. Closing: Dependable Father, I give You praise, for Nigeria's story will end in glory and praise.
