TEXT: DEUTERONOMY 16:18-20
“Appoint judges and officials for each of your tribes in every town the Lord your God is giving you, and they shall judge the people fairly. Do not pervert justice or show partiality. Do not accept a bribe, for a bribe blinds the eyes of the wise and twists the words of the innocent. Follow justice and justice alone, so that you may live and possess the land the Lord your God is giving you" (NIV).
Calvary greeting in Jesus' name.
1. Faithful, righteous and just God, You are worthy to be praised for Your sovereign power, perfect justice, and abundant mercy; of a truth You'll establish Your style of judiciary system in Nigeria.
Nigeria, after crossing the Red Sea:
2. Your almighty God will intervene and establish a judiciary system that will be built on fairness and justice, in Jesus' name, Amen.
3. Your God, who endowed King Solomon with timeless wisdom, will also endow your justices. May a New Nigeria arise, becoming a global reference point, in Jesus' name, Amen.
4. Your God will cleanse the rot in your justice system from the highest official to the least person. May His fear take over their hearts and minds. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
5. Closing: Dependable Father, I give You praise, for Nigeria's story will end in glory and praise.
