PRAYER FOR NIGERIA PROJECT (2ND EDITION)
THEME: TIME TO BREAK YOKES OF VASSALITY OVER NIGERIA
TOPIC: ESSENCE OF PROPHECY (II)
TEXTS: AMOS 3:7, JEREMIAH 50:2, HOSEA 12:13
INTRODUCTION
With all sense of humility, I wish to welcome everyone to another period of travail.
It is my prayers that God almighty who rewards those who seek Him diligently will remember you for good, in Jesus name.
In addition to some examples of prophecies mentioned yesterday there are still a few I wish to refer to and one of them is found in the link below:
Intercessors for Nigeria (https://intercessorsfornigeria.org/prophecies-concerning-nigeria/) has a detailed chronicle of many of God's plans and purposes for Nigeria.
God has done His bit and the rest, which is the emergence of a New Nigeria, depends on us.
Before Boko Haram infiltrated Nigeria, someone very close to me forwarded an email, warning that Nigerian Christians should rise and pray against a spirit of wastage coming from the northern hemisphere.
The warning further said that, if we refused and allowed it enter Nigeria, to eradicate it, will be difficult to eject.
You and I are living witnesses to the fulfillment of this prophecy, which is the birth of Boko Haram.
I plead that every God's seed reading this message, should be instant in this matter... Time is of essence.
PRAYERS
1. Pray for spiritual awakening and revival in Nigeria, that God's presence and power may be evident in the land (2 Chron 7:14).
2. Ask God to raise up prophetic voices in Nigeria, who will speak His truth and guidance to the nation (Ezek 34:23).
3. Pray for the leaders of Nigeria, that they may receive and act upon God's wisdom and guidance (Prov 11:14).
4. Declare God's promise of peace and prosperity over Nigeria, and ask for its manifestation (Jer 29:11).
5. Pray against evil forces and principalities that may be hindering the fulfillment of prophecy in Nigeria (Eph 6:12).
6. Ask God to unite and strengthen the body of Christ in Nigeria, that they may be a force for positive change (Ps 133:1-3).
7. Pray for the Holy Spirit's empowerment and anointing upon believers in Nigeria, that they may be effective agents of transformation (Acts 1:8).
8. Declare God's sovereignty and dominion over Nigeria, and ask for His will to be done in the land (Matth 6:10).
9. Pray for the manifestation of God's glory and presence in Nigeria, that the nation may know and reverence Him (Is 60:1-3).
10. Ask God to preserve and protect Nigeria from harm and destruction, and to keep the nation in His perfect peace (Is 26:3).
CONCLUSION
- From the depth of my heart, I thank every partner who keyed into this project. You will not loose your rewards, in Jesus name.
