TOPIC: GOD’S ULTIMATE PLANS FOR HIS CHILDREN TO BE BLESSED
TEXT: GENESIS 1:26-31 (PART 2)
YOU ARE CREATED WITH THE BLOOD OF ROYALTY FLOWING IN YOUR VEINS
Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
You are welcome to today’s session and it is my prayers that His grace to profit from these discussions shall be made manifest in your life, in Jesus name.
I did promise to offer some explanations on the type of Christians who form the first 3 levels mentioned in the first publication and in the text, Genesis 1:28, but please allow me digress a little.
There is a need for Christians to recognize and understand the quantum of God’s love towards us. This love is evident in the creation of story, which was perfectly and purposely planned for the comfort of human beings He created in His own image and likeness (Psalm 82:6). The story has it that God’s creation story laid the scientific theory of Ecological Pyramid. This meant that God created ALL what a man (Adam) would need before he was created. It also confirmed that God’s LOVE was void of confusion (1st Corinthians 14:33). There was no error and neither was there any after-thought in His ways. He did not create man (Adam) before creating what the man (‘Adam’)would eat as an example.
The essence of this narration is to emphasize God’s LOVE and provisions for all a man (‘Adam’) needs throughout his existence on earth. God’s provision for man varies from what to eat, his shelter, wealth which is locked beneath the earth and/or wealth buried in the ground. In addition to these, there is wealth suspended in the air. As a matter of fact, everywhere man (‘Adam’) turns to, there is God’s presence and breakthrough to serve Him and expand His kingdom.
If Christians understand the scope of this divine and unconditional LOVE, then there will not be the need to steal or be avaricious, no need to compromise God’s standard, no need to shift the ancient landmark, no need to stain their garments, no need to be involved in activities that give Satan occasion to blaspheme the name of God. There will not be the need to be oppressive in any form. No! There will not be the need for self-aggrandizement.
If we understand the divine privileges and power we command, we will stand out and stand tall in the society at all time; we will long to be Jesus Christ’s ambassadors at all times.
When we understand who we are, we will seek God and His righteousness and all other blessings shall be added unto us – Matthew 6:33. This is the scripture and it is as simple as that.
Prayers:
(i) Father, I give You praise for this opportunity to retrace my steps and revert to my first love.
(ii) Father, I ask for Your mercy in any way I might have sinned thinking I was holy.
(iii) Father, please help me to know and understand Your ways, in Jesus name.
(iv) Father, please help me to know and understand Your plans for me, in Jesus name.
(v) Father, by Your grace, I will finish well and strong, in Jesus name.
