TOPIC:
UNIQUE FAITH
Read: Lk 18: 8; Eph 1:15
Calvary greetings.
Brethren, I was
touched by the commendation of Apostle Paul in his letter to the Church at
Ephesus about ‘their unique faith.’
This statement was
all about how deep and firm their faith was. This faith was an ‘international’
faith; a submissive faith; a faith without ego, a faith without head
interpretation or knowledge of the Scriptures; a non-rebellious faith; a faith
of not-open-eye; a faith dissociated from self-aggrandizement; a faith very distinct
from the belief and practice of the world.
Brethren, I wish to
plead that we “work out our salvation with fear and trembling” or should I say
worship the Almighty God with ‘fear and trembling.’
One thing I am 100%
certain of, is that there will not be rebellion of any shade in heaven. The
‘open-eye’ believers will not make it to the throne of grace, where the King of
kings dwells. Satan had set a bad precedent and God will not allow this to
happen again.
The saints that will
make it to heaven are those the world would have called ‘mumus believers.’ Yes,
you heard me right. In heaven, there will not be an opportunity to give an
explanation why you’ll dissent in the worship of God when all raptured saints will
be worshiping Him. There will not be any opportunity to enforce personal
interpretation of the Scriptures. This will neither be necessary nor permitted.
Brethren, what we
have learnt to do on earth is a reflection of what we shall do in heaven. If
you were obedient and submissive on earth, you will not have any issue when you
get there.
If you practise the sinful
activities outlined in Galatians 5:19-21, you will not inherit the kingdom of
God.
Conclusively, I once
again plead with my fellow soldiers of Christ to live your lives as illustrated
in Gal 5:21 -23. Live a life that cannot be queried by the law.
An undergraduate who studies
a wrong course in the university, can make a change, likewise a worker who is
found in a wrong job, can change his/her profession. If your climate is
unfriendly, with scientific inventions you can better the situation to suit
you, but sad enough, you cannot make a change if you miss the rapture.
You
cannot install an air conditioner in hell!!!
Make your faith a
unique faith!
Sure you are ready for the Rapture.
